What is the level of the classes?

The classes are designed to accommodate various levels, from beginner to intermediate. My experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher allows me to offer detailed instructions and precise demonstrations. I place special emphasis on step-by-step technical study to ensure a clear and confident understanding of each posture or exercise, regardless of skill level or experience.

How long does the subscription last?

The subscription is monthly. It lasts thirty days from the date of your payment. You can choose not to renew it or cancel it whenever you want.

Can I access the classes from any device?

Yes, my platform is compatible with mobile devices, tablets and computers. You can access my classes from anywhere with an Internet connection, which gives you the flexibility to practice whenever and wherever you want.

How do I access the classes after I subscribe?

After completing the subscription process, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access my portal. From there, you will be able to browse all class recordings and access exclusive content with your username and password.

What equipment do I need to do the classes?

Mainly, you will need a mat. You can add blocks, blankets, cushions and belts according to your preferences. If any class requires a specific item, it will be clarified in detail.

What kind of classes will I find on this platform?

You will find: Vinyasa Yoga classes of different intensity and duration, Gentle Classes oriented to relaxation, Tutorials to learn step by step specific postures, Pranayama and Bandha practices (with breathing and movement exercises), and Yoga Nidra (deep physical and mental relaxation). In addition, there will be theoretical content designed to enrich your practice through a greater understanding of the conceptual framework of Yoga.

Which are the payment methods?

The system allows you to pay with your bank account, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer a free trial period?

Currently I do not offer a free trial period, but you can cancel your subscription at any time if you feel that my platform does not meet your expectations.
