Open level Asana, Pranayama and Meditation practice. The term Vinyasa refers to the modern style of Hatha Yoga which focuses on the synchronization of breath and movement. The logical order in the sequences of postures allows you to connect with yourself and to gain deeper awareness by observation and acceptance of your body, its sensations, and of your thought. It considers the body physically and energetically, from functional anatomy and biomechanics, to the study of pranayama and bandhas.

Hatha Flow Yoga is a style of yoga that combines the principles of Hatha Yoga with a dynamic flow of movements. It is similar to Vinyasa, but the flow is slower. It is a practice that focuses on the alignment of the body, breath control, and mindfulness. Hatha Flow Yoga is known for its ability to promote physical strength, and mental balance. The longer holds of postures compared to Vinyasa Yoga, allow to really experience and understand the positions, giving us the opportunity to gain a state of deep observation. This classes the results of my years of practice and personal study. The recordings are available to the students on the platform.
